These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Bee Immortal Mead, located at (https://beeimmortalmead.com). By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use our website if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice, and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

Purchases

You must be at least 21 years of age to order or purchase mead from us. You must be over the age of 21 years to purchase, order and receive alcohol from Bee Immortal Mead, LLC.

For pre-sale purposes (all goods must be purchased for personal use) unless you identify yourself as a licensed wholesale customer.

All prices on our website quoted are U.S. Dollars.

All stock is subject to availability and increases in government charges, state tax, and wholesale prices.

Cancellations and Returns

Once you have placed an order, please note that we are unable to cancel or edit your order. Please ensure that all product and delivery details are accurate accordingly.

In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, not as ordered or not of acceptable quality, please email us at support@beeimmortalmead.com or contact us, and we will attempt to remedy the situation promptly. We may require samples to be sent back to us (at the customer’s expense). If the sample is found to be faulty, both the purchase and shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. If we are unable to supply you with the mead of the varietal that you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute it for the same mead of a different style.

Please note that we have invested in premium-quality cork; however, we don’t accept returns for wines affected by cork taint or cork-related faults. Cork is a natural material, thus it can occasionally be unpredictable. We do accept returns if there is another problematic fault with the mead, on the proviso that a sample is shown to us first.

Delivery

We are not obliged to deliver the goods to any location or state that does not allow alcohol shipping or has prohibitive restrictions.  The person we deliver to must be 21 years of age or older (and may be asked to provide proof of age). If no one is at the delivery address, or if there is no one aged 21 or over, an attempted delivery notice will be left at the delivery address, and you will need to collect your mead from the location specified in the notice, per the carrier’s policies.

License

Unless otherwise stated, we and/or our licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions. You must not Republish material, Sell, rent or sub-license material, reproduce, duplicate or copy material, or redistribute content.

Comments

Certain areas of this website may offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information. We do not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect our views and opinions, our agents,/or those of our affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.
