Mead Making Class
What you will learn:
- The introduction begins with a summary of history’s oldest drink – mead!
- It all starts with bees! Round Rock Honey Company gives you a taste of the different varieties made by the humble bee. This will help you understand how different types of honey influence mead flavors.
- You will receive hands-on mead creation instructions, including at-home instructions for feeding the mead and nurturing the fermentation. Then, within a few weeks, bottle your homemade mead to share and enjoy!
After class, you can purchase additional honey varieties from Round Rock Honey Company on-site.
Join Harper a few doors down to purchase tastings and bottles of Bee Immortal Mead! (Quantity is limited since production just began. You may pre-order cases and a membership subscription.)
